Cancellations and returns

Please contact OliviaStar as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Include your name and order reference. A cancellation request is not a completed cancellation; we will confirm the status with you. Cancellation options depend on whether the manufacturer has accepted the order and whether shipping or courier services have started. We will explain any applicable costs and obtain your agreement before making a change. Please do not return a casket without receiving return instructions. If an item arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed order, contact us promptly with photographs and delivery details so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next step. Any approved refund will be submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears. Before publication, confirm: cancellation cutoffs and fees; eligible and excluded returns; return window and condition requirements; return freight responsibility; refund processing times.
