Delivery and receiving

We coordinate casket availability and delivery with the receiving funeral home before requesting payment. Please provide the date the casket must arrive, the service date if known, and a receiving contact. Delivery may include air freight to an agreed airport followed by a courier pickup and delivery to the funeral home. We will confirm the route, timing and delivery charges for your order. An availability request does not reserve inventory or guarantee a delivery date. Shipping and arrival dates are estimates until confirmed. Contact us promptly about changes to the service schedule. We will contact you if we learn of a delay and discuss available options. The receiving contact should inspect the shipment at delivery, note visible damage on the delivery receipt and retain packaging and photographs. Report missing or damaged items to OliviaStar promptly. Before publication, confirm: supported service area; lead times; cutoff and weekend arrangements; delay remedies; damage reporting time limits.
